Send your photos and medical history through our online consultation form. Dr. Izmirli personally reviews your case and responds with initial guidance on suitable techniques for your anatomy.

Personalized Treatment Plan & Quote

Based on your consultation, you’ll receive a tailored treatment plan, technique recommendation, and a clear quote — with no hidden costs. To secure your surgery date, a €300 deposit is required in advance; the remaining balance is settled during your stay in Istanbul.

Planning Your Trip

Once you confirm your surgery date, our patient coordinator helps you plan your trip: flight timing, hotel arrangements, and what to bring. We recommend planning for approximately 7-8 nights in Istanbul to allow for your pre-operative assessment, surgery, and initial recovery before flying home.

Arrival & VIP Airport Transfer

On arrival, you’re met at the airport and transferred directly to your hotel by our team — no navigating an unfamiliar city on your own.

Pre-Operative Assessment

Within your first day or two, you’ll have an in-person consultation and medical evaluation with Dr. Izmirli to finalize your surgical plan and complete any required tests.

Surgery Day

Your procedure takes place in an accredited facility. Our coordinator remains available throughout your stay to answer questions and assist with anything you need, in English.

Recovery in Istanbul

You’ll rest and begin your initial recovery under our care before your follow-up check confirms you’re ready to fly home.

Returning Home & Ongoing Follow-Up

We stay in touch after you return home, with online follow-up to monitor your healing and answer any questions during recovery.

About the surgeon

Dr. Hakki Izmirli

Plastic surgeon with 20 years of experience, based in Nişantaşı, Istanbul. Dr. Izmirli trained at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine and completed his residency in Aesthetic, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Kocaeli University. His research on free nipple grafting has been published in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and JPRAS.
