Free Online Consultation for FTM Top Surgery

Every top surgery plan at our clinic starts with a free online consultation. You send photos and a few details about your health and goals, and Dr. Hakki Izmirli reviews them personally. He then recommends the technique that suits your chest and gives you a personalised treatment plan, so you can make your decision before booking any travel.

How the Online Consultation Works

Send your details: use the consultation form or WhatsApp to send your photos, your questions and basic health information.
Review by Dr. Izmirli: Dr. Izmirli assesses your chest and recommends a technique. You usually receive his recommendation within 24–48 hours.
Your treatment plan: you receive a personalised plan and quote. If you prefer to talk face to face, a video consultation can also be arranged.
Questions answered: our patient coordinator answers your questions in English and helps you plan your trip.

What Photos to Send

Clear photos help Dr. Izmirli give you an accurate recommendation. Please send:

a front view of your chest, with your arms by your sides
a view from each side
a view from each side at a 45-degree angle

Take the photos in good light against a plain background, without a binder, from the neck to the waist. Your photos are used only for your medical assessment and are handled confidentially.

What Dr. Izmirli Assesses

The right technique depends on four things:

Chest volume: how much breast tissue there is
Skin excess: how much the skin has stretched or sags
Skin elasticity: how well the skin can tighten after surgery
Nipple position: where the nipples sit and how large the areolas are

Based on these, he will recommend double incision, periareolar, keyhole or chest liposuction, and explain why. Please also tell us about your general health, any medications, smoking, and any previous chest surgery.

Do I Need a Letter?

A letter from a psychiatrist or therapist is not required at our clinic; a signed informed consent form is sufficient. If you already have a letter, you are welcome to share it. You must be at least 18 years old.

Booking Your Surgery

Once you have decided, you can secure your surgery date with a deposit of €300. The remaining balance is paid on arrival in Istanbul. We do not offer instalment plans. Your patient coordinator will help you plan your arrival, your stay and your return home.

About the surgeon

Dr. Hakki Izmirli

Plastic surgeon with 20 years of experience, based in Nişantaşı, Istanbul. Dr. Izmirli trained at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine and completed his residency in Aesthetic, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Kocaeli University. His research on free nipple grafting has been published in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and JPRAS.
